C2C Crochet Tote Bag by The Purple Poncho
Well a woman can never have too many bags, right? This tote is a great addition to your collection and it has the added benefit of using up scraps of yarn if you like! Of course if you don’t have scraps, you can buy yarn for the project. You will need 6 colors of worsted weight cotton or acrylic for the main section of the bag and a contrasting color (black in the picture above) to anchor the other colors and give the bag a cohesive look. If you haven’t already tried your hand at a C2C (corner to corner) project, this would be a great one to start with since it is a smaller project that can be completed quickly. The handles are made from braided microfiber for a sturdy and stable hold. Follow the link below to the free pattern which is currently also part of a crochet along!
